What could I be eating that might not be good for me?

So that got you thinking, right?

There's no blanket answer for "what foods are good for me" when you're focused on digestive health. A "good" food might not be good for YOU, it might be a cause of your symptoms.

If you suspect your food is making you sick...

...maybe some of these statements sound familiar.

You are suffering with a stubborn health problem that won’t go away no matter what you try.

The medications and/or treatments you’re taking aren’t really making a difference in how you feel.

You've felt like you've missed out on your life lately because of belly pain, migraines, anxiety, or maybe you were too worried about not knowing where the nearest bathroom was located.

You're not as present for your kids as you'd like to be.

If you feel this way, or know someone that does, consider this:

Medical research has shown that sensitivities to food and food-chemicals can be involved in a wide array of painful symptoms and chronic health problems

Sensitivities are inflammatory reactions and NOT a food allergy. It's a completely different reaction inside the body.

If foods and food-chemicals in your life are contributing to your illness, medications are only going to mask symptoms and not really address them. And, what other side effects may come of those meds, too? What if it could make a major difference to know what foods are causing your symptoms?

Many of the symptoms of food sensitivities, like gas, bloating, constipation, fatigue, brain fog, lack of concentration, anxiety, IBS, joint pain, migraine, and more can be caused by inflammation.

Are you looking for a DIFFERENT approach?

Tired of "try this, try that, eliminate this or that?" I know I was.

If you're tired of the prescriptions that you're not sure are helping you and 10 minute office visits, and really want to work toward an improved place of wellness...

If you are ready to get back to living life instead of being dominated by symptoms...

Then working with me is the place to start. I use the Mediator Release Test (MRT), the gold standard for food sensitivity testing and anti-inflammatory eating. An inflammatory reaction can come from from the foods and/or food-chemicals you're eating or maybe even putting on your skin. Everyone's different. One person's eczema may be another person's migraine. My goal is to help reduce this inflammation in the body caused by food and help promote healing, reducing your symptoms.

And as is too often the case, many medications have side effects that can lead to other symptoms. If food sensitivities are causing your illness and you don’t properly address them, you could easily end up suffering for many years, spending thousands of dollars for treatments that will never work the way you want. This is the experience of millions of Americans who have misdiagnosed or neglected food sensitivities.

So, I take a heart-centered approach and listen to you. I want to work with you to get you towards feeling your best. So many people have gone through this protocol and have felt so much better in the first 2-3 weeks. 50-80% is the most common improvement seen in those first few weeks! It really can be a game changer!

Are you ready to get off the hamster wheel? Ready to stop "throwing things at the wall to see if they stick?" We're not making pasta here. If you suspect food is making you sick, then my new workshop series may just be the thing you're looking for.
